Ever been told that you were doing something wrong without a ‘why’? That you had to ‘clip down’, or use a specific carabiner, or wrap a prusik a certain way? In this workshop we’ll aim to sort out myth from reality, with the goal of finding reasons behind common practices – as well reasons to change our practices

Learning Objectives:

In this session we’ll share some of our favorite myths: the things we were taught that turned out to be maybe not entirely accurate. Participants will share some of their favorite myths, and we’ll aim to unpack and de-mystify questions that people have about the things we do because ‘It’s Just What We Always Did’
