The Covid-19 pandemic had organizations of every type scrambling with communications challenges – which included communications to clientele, staff, communities and other stakeholders. In this session, we’ll look at what worked well – and how successful approaches were based on good, solid baseline crisis communications approaches.

  • Learn how organizations mapped successful (and some less-than-successful) social and conventional media approaches to managing their brands during the pandemic
  • Understand how pre-planning for baseline skills assisted in this process
