The purpose of this workshop is to learn and use emotional intelligence theories to promote internal regulation. Attendees will learn why staff do not self-regulate, and how to create an organizational culture that promotes internal regulation. Ways to correct negative cultures will also be considered. Specific methods for developing self-regulating cultures will be brain stormed.
