K-12 teachers often function in isolation with little university interaction. However, in adventure education programs, one successful strategy to promote continued growth has been to create a sustainable triad between K-12 physical education teachers, university faculty, and a PVM. This session will include strategies to help build these relationships, benefits of the triad, and future goals and directions.
