We will look at creative ways to excite prospective employees about your program, how to find the best fit, and how to set everyone up for success. Discussion and sharing experiences will be encouraged!
1. Posting jobs – identifying the most important info to present about your program and the most effective places to post it
2. The interview process – good vs great questions, how to give and receive the necessary information to find the best fit
3. On-boarding tips and tricks – how to ensure that the new employee and employer are prepared for the job ahead
