This workshop will provide an overview of BSA’s Project COPE with a special focus on working with BSA Troops and Venturing Crews and how to leverage the “Patrol Method” for maximum impact. Participants will also gain a more in-depth understanding on how to market and design a program that will attract increased participation.

Attendee’s will:
1) learn about the BSA’s organizational model and the importance of the “Patrol Method”

2) gain greater insight into ways to program initiative games, low COPE, and high COPE elements for BSA Troops & Crews.

3) explore portability program options for BSA’s Project COPE
