Are you passionate about the annual conference and exposition and eager to help shape the experience for attendees? Each year, we welcome dedicated individuals to join the Conference Work Group, the volunteer team that helps plan and execute the event.
Applications typically open by March, close in April, and new team members are onboarded by May to ensure a smooth transition into the planning process. While we encourage all interested applicants to apply, preference is given to those who have volunteered on the Service Crew at least once during their conference experience. Service Crew offers valuable hands-on experience and insight into how the event operates, making it a great stepping stone to joining the Conference Work Group!
As a member of the Event Team, you’ll collaborate year-round to develop programming, assist with logistics, and contribute to making the annual conference and exposition an unforgettable experience for all attendees.
