Workshop Description

Communication skills are the the most often requested skill clients ask to improve.
Conflict is good but can be uncomfortable to manage. Communication plays a significant role in an effective approach to managing
conflict.
We will explore some interactive ways we can help our clients open up about communication differences and begin to manage their conflicts.

 

Learning Objectives

1. Describe various communication models and examine situations to determine appropriate model for delivering a message.
2. Utilize experiential activities to explore conflict negotiation strategies in leadership situations.
3. Share activities that will allow groups to determine the effectiveness of conflict approaches in various
situations.
