Actively working in the Adventure tourism industry since 1983. Founder and owner of Adventure Playground, based in Costa Rica since 2003. Designer, builder and trainer of 33 projects in forest environments including canopy tours, challenge courses, zip lines and canyoneering tours. These projects have been built in places like: Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, Jamaica, St. Lucia, Hawaii and the Peruvian Amazon. Victor chaired the Canopy/Zip line Tour Committee of ACCT from 2010-17, and been a member of the Operations and DPI Committees and diverse task groups in ACCT. He is also an ACCT Level 2 Certified Inspector and new member of the ACCT BOD, liaising the International Committee. Victor is a founding member of AOA (Adventure Outfitter’s Association- CR) and is currently involved with INTECO (norm creating institution for Costa Rica) working to implement ACCT standards for the region.
