ACCT’s 1600+ members are the largest representative group in the challenge course industry. ACCT’s accredited Professional Vendor Members (PVM’s) are the largest number of accredited challenge course builders in the world. Exhibitors will access – Industry Professionals / Key Purchasing Decision-makers.
The Annual International Conference and Expo will feature a plethora of workshops, discussion forums, extended learning workshops, and multiple virtual networking events including the annual awards ceremony.
Starting with the 2022 conference in Cleveland, OH ACCT will employ a safety official to be on-site in the exhibit hall to monitor set-up and take down procedures. This official will be specifically focused on documenting (both in writing as well as through photo and video) any violations of the ACCT Exhibitor Policies. These will be added to the Exhibitor Registration process and hard copies will be available at the registration desk on-site. Please familiarize your group with these prior to arriving in Cleveland.
We plan to open exhibitor registration in phases given all of the changes we’ve experienced since we last met in-person. Please note that booths shown in the greyed out area titled “Phase 2” will not be available for purchase until all booths in Phase 1 are sold. Likewise, booths purchased in Phase 1 cannot be swapped for a booth sold in Phase 2 when that launches.
The primary contact listed on all Exhibitor and Sponsor registrations has been sent a digital Exhibitor Services Kit with information regarding the show. Please review this information carefully prior to your arrival in Cleveland as there is a lot of time sensitive information in that kit.
