When is the 2023 Conference?

The 33rd Annual International ACCT and Exposition will be held on February 9th – 12th in Portland, OR | USA.

Where is the ACCT Conference held?

The 33rd Annual International ACCT Conference and Exposition will be hosted at the Hyatt Regency at the Oregon Convention Center and the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, OR | USA.

What is included in my general conference attendee fee?

The attendance fee grants admittance to the Exhibit Hall Thursday – Saturday, Admittance to the Annual General Meeting, access to a plethora of workshop sessions over the course the event, Open Forum Discussions, Evening Networking Events, as well as entry to the ACCT Awards Ceremony. The Certifications, Trainings, Pre-cons and Post-cons do require an additional registration as they are not included in the general conference admittance fee.

Are scholarships available?

A limited number of scholarships are available on a first come, first serve basis.  These scholarships cover full registration fees only.  Scholarships do not cover lodging or travel. All applications and reference letters must be sent to ACCT Events Director, Melissa Webb by no later than October 7th, 2022. Persons that have previously received a scholarship are not eligible. What is the attendee cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to melissa@acctinfo.org. All cancellations received by ACCT on or before January 13, 2023, are entitled to a refund, minus a $150.00 processing fee. Canceling a paid registration in order to accept a complimentary or discounted registration is only allowed on or before January 13, 2023, and will be subject to the $150.00 processing fee. No refunds or credits will be given to registrants who cancel after January 13, 2023, or who fail to attend the Conference – absolutely no exceptions will be made for any reason, including illness, medical, family emergencies, or weather conditions. Substitutions for paid registrants may be made at any time. However, written notice is required, and for complete accuracy, must include all pertinent changes for the substituting attendee. Should a full refund for the registration fee be required to the original attendee’s credit card, then all required credit card information for substituting attendee must be provided in order for the new transaction to be processed at the same time. No payment changes will be accepted at a later date. Service Crew applicants please see application form for waivers and exceptions. Should ACCT be forced to cancel the event all registered attendees shall receive a full refund. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by the ACCT Events Director and Executive Director.

What is the conference host hotel?

They Hyatt Regency at the Portland Convention Center is the host hotel. We have negotiated a group rate and reservations can be booked directly within that block here.

Below are a few reasons why we would like to see you at our host hotels:

Greater informal networking opportunities will happen here (as this is where a majority of attendees and exhibitors are saying and frequenting). Never underestimate the power of bumping into a peer, mentor, vendor or future employer!

The Hyatt Regency at the Oregon Convention Center is the closest hotel to the heart of all conference events!

You can get caffeinated right in the hotel lobby. So, get up early and get your favorite morning beverage or afternoon pick-me-up!

If you book in our group block at the host hotel in 2023 on or before the cutoff date (January 18, 2023) you will be entered into our raffle. The winner will receive a complimentary 2023 full conference registration, three (3) nights of conference hotel lodging at the Hyatt Regency Portland, as well as a $25 gift card.

ACCT appreciates YOU and your support in staying in our host hotel. By doing so we are able to keep attendee fees and hotel costs down for future events.

***BONUS*** The first 700 ppl that register for the conference AND stay at our host hotel will receive a TriMet pass to get around town and also could be used to get back to the Airport at the end of the event. TriMet operates the MAX Light Rail, street car, and bus lines and the pass will work for all of these.
