2026 General Schedule

The 37th ACCT International Annual Conference is set for Tacoma, WA from January 20–24, 2027, and we can’t wait to share everything we have planned! In the meantime, take a look at last year’s schedule to get an idea of what to expect.

Monday: The ACCT International Board of Directors gather to meet while members of the Conference Work Group begin arriving and prepping for the event.
Tuesday: Pre-conference sessions kickoff while the Board of Directors continue to meet.
Wednesday: Pre-conference sessions continue while exhibitors set up their booths, and Accredited Members gather for the exclusive Accredited Member Symposium. The evening brings an exclusive networking opportunity for volunteers, presenters, Accredited Members, and ACCT Staff. Everyone is invited to the Welcome Reception to celebrate the start of the conference before Harnessing ACCT kicks off!
Thursday: Conference kicks off with a Choose Your Challenge style schedule in the morning. Enjoy off-site tours, open forums, product demonstrations, and the exhibitor showcase. General sessions start after lunch.
Friday: Exhibitor Showcase remains open while general sessions are facilitated in the morning. Starting in the afternoon, enjoy the Over the Edge fundraising event as we rappel off the roof of the Omni Hotel before the ’80s Rapp Party starts!
Saturday: General sessions continue throughout the day while the Exhibitor Showcase is open for a few more hours in the morning. Submissions for Harnessing ACCT close at 2pm. Join us for the Cocktail Reception at 6:30pm CT before the conference closes with the Awards Ceremony at 7pm CT.
Sunday: Post-conference workshops kickoff while the Board of Directors meet.

Coffee & Tea Breaks

Take a moment to recharge during coffee breaks and lunch, where attendees can enjoy a fresh cup of coffee or tea, or a meal, before diving back into the day’s sessions and workshops. It’s the perfect opportunity to refuel, connect with fellow attendees, and gear up for the next round of learning and engagement.

Coffee, tea, and hot water will be available in the pre-function area of Oklahoma Stations 4 & 5 from 10am until 10:30am on Thursday 2/5, Friday 2/6, and Saturday 2/7.

Lunch Breaks

Lunch is from 12pm – 2pm on Thursday 2/5, Friday 2/6, and Saturday 2/7. Attendees will be responsible for their own meals this year, but rotating food trucks have been coordinated and will be available across the street from the Oklahoma City Omni Hotel at Scissortail Park each day.
