Your Guide to the Conference and Exposition Schedule
The 36th ACCT International Conference and Exposition is set to return to Oklahoma City, OK from February 4–8, 2026, and we can’t wait to share everything we have planned! While the final schedule typically isn’t available until December, here’s what you can expect:
What To Look Forward To

Tentative Schedule Overview
While the final details are coming soon, here’s a snapshot of what the week typically looks like:
- Monday: The ACCT Board of Directors gathers to meet while members of the Conference Work Group begin arriving and prepping for the event.
- Tuesday: Pre-conference sessions kickoff while the Board of Directors continue to meet.
- Wednesday: Pre-conference sessions continue, and Service Crew volunteers arrive for onsite training and orientation. Exhibitors set up their booths, and Accredited Members gather for the exclusive Accredited Member Symposium. Registration opens in the afternoon, welcoming attendees, while the evening brings an exclusive networking opportunity for volunteers, presenters, Accredited Members, and ACCT Staff to connect and build excitement for the days ahead.
- Thursday: Pre-conference sessions continue as Registration remains open. Exhibitors finish loading into the Exhibit Hall, which opens after the conference kickoff at the Welcome Reception and Opening Ceremony.
- Friday and Saturday: Registration and the Exhibit Hall remain open while General Sessions are facilitated. Enjoy Coffee Breaks and Lunch with a valid badge. Join the fun at the end of the day with After Hours Socials, Cocktail Receptions, and the Awards Ceremony.
- Sunday: Post-conference workshops kickoff while the Board of Directors meet.
