Your Guide to the Conference
The 36th Annual ACCT International Conference is set to return to Oklahoma City, OK from February 4–8, 2026, and we can’t wait to share everything we have planned! While the final schedule typically isn’t available until December, here’s what you can expect:
What To Look Forward To

Tentative Schedule Overview
While the final details are coming soon, here’s a snapshot of what the week typically looks like:
- Monday: The ACCT International Board of Directors gather to meet while members of the Conference Work Group begin arriving and prepping for the event.
- Tuesday: Pre-conference sessions kickoff while the Board of Directors continue to meet.
- Wednesday: Pre-conference sessions continue while exhibitors set up their booths, and Accredited Members gather for the exclusive Accredited Member Symposium. Registration opens in the afternoon, welcoming attendees, while the evening brings an exclusive networking opportunity for volunteers, presenters, Accredited Members, and ACCT Staff, followed by an all attendee Welcome Reception to kick off the conference!
- Thursday: Conference kicks off with a Choose Your Challenge style schedule in the morning including off site tours, open forums, demo sessions, and the exhibitor showcase. General sessions start after lunch at 2:00p.
- Friday: Exhibitor Showcase remains open while General Sessions are facilitated. Enjoy Coffee Breaks and Lunch and starting in the afternoon, we will be rappelling off the roof of the Omni!
- Saturday: General sessions continue. Awards Ceremony in the evening.
- Sunday: Post-conference workshops kickoff while the Board of Directors meet.

When Will the Full Schedule Be Released? The finalized schedule, complete with session details, Exhibitor Showcase hours, and special event timings, is typically published by December.
