Randy Smith was a founding member of ACCT and served as the Board President for the first 6 years after the association was formed in 1993. He has served on numerous committees and contributed to numerous initiatives throughout the history of ACCT. Randy operates INNER QUEST, Inc. and Vestals Gap Ventures, LLC with his wife Sara in Hillsboro, VA
