  • VIP Reception: 5:00pm – 7:00pm CT, Oklahoma Stations 4 & 5.
  • Welcome Reception: 7:00pm – 9:00pm CT, Oklahoma Stations 4 & 5.
  • Exhibitor Showcase: 9:30am – 7:00pm CT, Oklahoma Stations 4 & 5.
  • Product Demonstrations: 9:30am – 12:00pm CT, 5:00pm – 6:30pm CT, locations vary.
  • Coffee Break: 10:00am – 10:30am, pre-function area of Oklahoma Stations 4 & 5.
  • Lunch: 12:00pm – 2:00pm, on your own, but rotating food trucks will be available.
  • Exhibitor Showcase: 9:30am – 2:00pm CT, Oklahoma Stations 4 & 5.
  • Coffee Break: 10:00am – 10:30am, pre-function area of Oklahoma Stations 4 & 5.
  • Lunch: 12:00pm – 2:00pm, on your own, but rotating food trucks will be available.
  • Exhibitor Load Out: 2:00pm – 8:00pm CT, Oklahoma Stations 4 & 5.
