Support a great cause and win exciting prizes!

Join us in supporting our Scholarship Program, which helps make our annual conference accessible to a broader audience. Each year, we host exciting fundraising events to benefit this important cause, with opportunities for attendees to participate and win prizes. Whether you donate items or services, or simply join in the fun, your support makes a lasting impact.  

This year, we’re bringing back the Human Slot Machine! Redeem one ticket to spin for a chance to win exclusive items! Visit Registration to purchase tickets. Purchase one (1) ticket for $3.00 or two (2) tickets for $5.00, credit/debit payments only.

  • Thursday: 6-7pm CT in Oklahoma Stations 4 & 5 (Exhibitor Showcase).
  • Friday: 3-10pm CT on the Rooftop Pool & Terrace Deck as part of the Over the Edge fundraising event.
  • Saturday: 6-7pm CT in the pre-function area of Oklahoma Stations 4 & 5 (before the Awards Ceremony).

Harnessing ACCT

Be part of the ultimate team challenge!

Embark on an adventure with Harnessing ACCT — our optional team challenge that helps attendees experience all that our host city has to offer. This revised edition of the ACCT Olympics (formerly the Builders Olympics) invites attendees to create or join teams to tackle individual and group challenges throughout the event, with winners celebrated during the Awards Ceremony on Saturday. How will you Harness OKC this year?

Create a team of up to six (6) participants or join a randomly assigned group — it’s your choice! With over 200 unique challenges to explore, you can dive into the best of Oklahoma City, from our host venues to the city’s vibrant attractions. Whether you’re networking with fellow attendees, discovering hidden gems, or simply having fun, this experience is designed to complement your conference and expo journey. Don’t worry — there’s plenty of time to enjoy all the other event activities too!

Get ready to play, unwind, and connect! The Exhibitor Showcase is your go-to spot for fun and friendly competition with a variety of yard games available during regular hours. Whether you’re looking to relax between sessions or engage in some spirited matches, the yard games offer something for everyone.

Stay tuned for details! The lineup of games and activities is typically announced by October. From classic favorites to exciting new additions, there’s always something for everyone to enjoy. In the past we’ve brought:

Are you an artist of any kind? This special space provides a serene and inspiring escape for attendees. Available activities often include coloring and button-making stations — fun for all ages!

  • Wednesday: 7:00pm – 9:00pm CT
  • Thursday: 9:30am – 7:00pm CT
  • Friday: 9:30am – 2:00pm CT
