Ben was first introduced to experiential learning and the challenge course industry while working at a local Scout camp. Since 2007 he has filled many roles including a facilitator, trainer, builder, inspector, and Managing Director of Ropes Park Equipment. Outside of “work” Ben can be found with his wife and their puppy Scout hiking, climbing, and sailing LI Sound.
