Sasha Griffith is the Assistant Director of Adventure & TEAM Programs at James Madison University and is currently serving as the Chair of the Board of the Association of Outdoor Recreation & Education (AORE). She started facilitating in 2006 through working at Florida Elks Youth Camp, has since become a trainer and as worked at 12 different courses including starting 2 collegiate ropes course programs. Sasha is currently working on 2 Social Justice Committees to organize and present educational workshops for students and James Madison University Student Affairs staff around Social Justice and DEI topics.
