through the very last date of the event and will still have access to all of the content for the year.

I registered for a pre-conference session how do I access it?
Once you log into the virtual attendee hub you will be able to access all of the sessions that are part of your registration via the “All Sessions” tab by date.
What is included in my general conference attendee fee?
The attendance fee grants admittance to the Exhibit Hall Monday – Friday, Admittance to the Annual General Meeting, access to a plethora of workshop sessions over the course of a week, Open Forum Lunch Discussions, Evening Networking Events, as well as entry to the ACCT Awards Ceremony. The Certifications, Trainings, and Pre-cons do require an additional registration as they are not included in the general conference admittance fee. All virtual conference content will be available for a year in the virtual attendee hub.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to email@example.com. All cancellations received by ACCT on or before January 11, 2021, are entitled to a refund, minus a $150.00 processing fee. Cancelling a paid registration in order to accept a complimentary or discounted registration is only allowed on or before January 11, 2021, and will be subject to the $150.00 processing fee. No refunds or credits will be given to registrants who cancel after January 11, 2021, or who fail to attend the Conference – absolutely no exceptions will be made for any reason, including illness, medical, family emergencies, or weather conditions. Substitutions for paid registrants may be made at any time. However, written notice is required, and for complete accuracy, must include all pertinent changes for the substituting attendee. Should a full refund for the registration fee be required to the original attendee’s credit card, then all required credit card information for substituting attendee must be provided in order for the new transaction to be processed at the same time. No payment changes will be accepted at a later date. Service Crew applicants please see application form for waivers and exceptions. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by the ACCT Events Director and Executive Director.
Are scholarships available?
A limited number of scholarships are available on a first come, first serve basis. These scholarships cover full registration fees only. Scholarships do not cover lodging or travel. All applications and reference letters must be sent to ACCT Events Director, Melissa Webb by no later than November 13th, 2020. Persons that have previously received a scholarship are not eligible.
The deadline to apply has passed and 2021 scholarship recipients have been notified.
If registration is simply not an option for me this year can I still participate?
Yes! We are offering several free events in conjunction with the conference this year. The Annual General Meeting Monday, January 25th at 6p; Open Forum Discussions beginning January 25th at 11a mst; as well as our Annual Awards Ceremony January 29th at 4p mst followed by a cocktail reception. Please keep an eye on your e-mail as well as all of our social media outlets for more information on how to join!

How do I engage with Exhibitors in the virtual platform?
You can visit them in their virtual booths or schedule a 1:1 appointment with them by clicking on the “looking to network” box on the virtual attendee hub dashboard and clicking on “schedule appointment”
