The 2026 ACCT International Conference is shaping up to be one of our most exciting yet, and we’re thrilled to share some major updates and improvements based on your feedback!
A New Layout: Exhibitor Showcase on the Same Floor
You asked, and we listened. One of the most common requests in recent years has been to host the exhibit hall in the same building as the main conference sessions. In 2026, the Exhibitor Showcase will take place inside the host hotel, on the same floor as all general conference sessions.
This new format means:
- No need to travel to a separate convention center: everything is under one roof.
- Exhibitors will be located in both the ballroom and pre-function spaces.
- Attendees can easily visit exhibitors between sessions.
- Breaks between sessions will be extended from 15 minutes to 30 minutes to allow more time for networking and exploration.
Wednesday, February 4 – Welcome Events
The conference officially begins Wednesday evening with a full night of networking and connection.
- 5:00–7:00pm: VIP Reception for Accredited Members, Conference Presenters, and Association Volunteers
- 7:00–9:00pm: Welcome Reception and Exhibitor Showcase for all attendees
Thursday, February 5 – Choose Your Challenge
Thursday begins at 8:30am with Attendee Orientation, followed by a “Choose Your Challenge” morning designed to encourage collaboration, learning, and exploration. Highlights include:
- Open Forums to meet peers and exchange ideas
- Exhibitor Showcase opens at 9:30am and remains available until 7:00pm
- Product Demonstrations every 30 minutes from 9:30am – 12:00pm
- Lunch on your own from 12:00–2:00pm, with a variety of local food trucks available outside the hotel
- Afternoon sessions continuing throughout the day
- Dedicated Evening Showcase from 5:00–7:00pm, including additional demos from 5:00–6:30pm.
Friday, February 6 – Go Over The Edge
The Exhibitor Showcase will be open from 9:30am to 2:00pm, followed by one of the most anticipated events of the year: the Over the Edge Rappelling Event.
Participants will rappel 14 stories from the roof of our host hotel, The Omni Oklahoma City, down to the pool deck.
- Registration for the event begins immediately after the showcase closes at 2:00pm
- The rappelling experience begins Friday afternoon from 2-8pm
- The Rapp Party, sponsored by Challenge Works and Hibbs Hallmark & Company, will begin around 5:00pm
Saturday, February 7 – Awards and Celebration
Although there are no Exhibitor Showcase hours on Saturday, there’s still time to enjoy we will close the conference with the Annual Awards Ceremony, where winners of the Annual Awards, Harnessing ACCT, and Silent Auction will be announced.
